I had the joy of being part of Bloomberg’s Family Day, offering tarot readings to their staff and their loved ones. The event was filled with vibrant energy — families gathering, laughter echoing across the space, and children running around as adults paused for a quiet moment with the cards.
My booth was set up under the open sky, glowing with crystals and fairy lights by evening. During the day, the sun was warm and bright. I was deeply touched when the Bloomberg staff offered me drinks and even held an umbrella over my head to shield me from the noon heat.
Throughout the event, I met many wonderful people. Some curious about tarot for the first time, others seeking guidance for specific questions. Each reading was a unique exchange, and I was grateful to hold space for reflection and insight amidst the festivities.
After 4 hours of reading on a pretty uncomfortable chair (the things we do for tarot! 😅), my dear friend Cheryl Koh @Lightphaerie stepped in for me so that I could finally take a toilet break and grab some food. Truly, she was my saving grace during this 6-hour event. holding space for others with the same heart and dedication.

I’m so grateful to have friends who can step in with such love and support. It reminded me that even in the middle of giving, it’s important to pause, receive, and allow others to care for us too.
It was a truly special experience — blending the playfulness of a family day with the quiet magic of tarot. Thank you to Bloomberg for inviting me to be part of such a meaningful celebration. 💖
