My Road from 25 May 2024 – 16 February 2025
What a journey it has been. From 25 May to 16 February, I embarked on the path to complete my Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho Teacher’s Level. This wasn’t just about receiving an attunement — it was months of discipline, learning, and practice.

To be certified, I had to:
🌿 Revisit and attend Reiki 1, 2, and 3 refresher classes — deepening my understanding of the teachings I had first learned as a student.
🌿 Conduct numerous case studies, holding space for others and documenting their healing journeys with integrity.
🌿 Rewrite the Reiki course notes, internalising the knowledge so that I can eventually teach with clarity, accuracy, and heart.
It was not always easy — balancing time, writing, and case work required commitment and perseverance. But it was also deeply rewarding. Each step reminded me that Reiki is a lifelong practice, not just a destination.
Crossing this milestone fills me with gratitude — for my teachers who guided me, my peers who journeyed alongside me, and every client who trusted me in their healing process.

I carry with me the Gokai, the heart of Reiki:
✨ Just for today, I will not be angry.
✨ Just for today, I will not worry.
✨ Just for today, I will be grateful.
✨ Just for today, I will do my work honestly.
✨ Just for today, I will be kind to every living being.
This is not the end, but the beginning of a new chapter — of teaching, learning, sharing, and walking this path of light with others. 🌸
The brighter the light, the harsher the shadow.
